Why not just skip the ram altogether and go ahead and just send all the money to one person, too? Having it all in one account seems way more practical than spreading cash out all over the country.

Technically we’re almost there. There are like a few dozen parasitic assholes who have all the money, and if you graph the average person’s wealth alongside theirs, it rounds to 0. You’d need a really tall chart for that first pixel-height bar to render at all.
