Are houses cheaper yet??
Yea but houses are something you will fight for to keep until the very end, you can't just abandon it no matter how shit things get.
AI tech on the other hand no-one gives a shit enough to keep them going if the tide is turning.
The biggest problem will be if the pedo and chief decides to take American tax money and bail out the industry, since his cult would probably cheer on him transferring more wealth to the Epstein class
