Sales? Who's paying for a windows license?
Most people who by computers are. It's usually baked into the price of the hardware.
At least, it used to be. I don't touch that stuff anymore, so maybe it's different nowadays.
full price? idiots and companies. however the oem keys cost like 5 bucks.

I paid like 5€ for mine. Not sure about the details, but something about the EU stopping MS from preventing second hand software sales (I think), so you can get them super cheap. Bought the key like 5 years ago and zero issues whatsoever. At that price it's not even worth pirating.
