It's about a technology called crypto currency - a programmable money of the internet, which makes it related to programming. It is also a meme, which makes it related to humor.
i think programmer humor is supposed to be more specific than "any humor related to anything made by programmers"
If you look at the community page there are plenty of posts less related to programming like this or this or this and less related to humor like this or this or this. Besides, lemmy isn't exactly suffering from too much content at the moment.
All the pictures you linked are very much related to software development, your post targets economics exclusively, it has absolutely nothing to do with cryptocurrencies as a technology.
