Based on the last few cases, The WSJ will cave and settle with Trump for a ridiculous amount of money in order to stay on his "good" side.

Or Murdock did this on purpose to give trump a safe case to set precedence on- Murdock will have his lawyers flub key parts, like arguing discovery poorly so that trump can claim the epstein files are privileged govt material,, etc, so that when he brings suits against more hostile media co's, the judges will have precedence to point to when denying better formulated arguments.
