Majoras Mask. I've bought it, but am too wrapped up in factorio, another one I waited far to long to play.
It's a fun one. The time limit feels oppressive at first, but once you get a few tools under your belt and a sense of what to prioritize, it's pretty straightforward.
It helps to keep in mind that you don't need to do as much as you can within a single cycle, you can do just a little bit and then start back over at day 1. You do enough to get a new tool or mask, and then those usually let you do something new or do something more easily the next time you go back in time.
Not sure which version you bought, but the 3DS version is a bit more user friendly because the song that lets you skip forward in time allows you to go to any specific time in that version, while the N64 version only goes to 6AM or 6PM.
The 3DS version is fantastic, although I really don't like the updates they made to most of the boss fights. They changed the design for some of the bosses in a way that just feels out of place, thematically. But there's so many other QoL improvements that I'd say it's still worth playing over the N64 version.
Agreed, though for me I think the one thing I didn't like about the 3DS version was the change made to Zora swimming. They reduced the base swim speed and made it so that you have to burn through magic to swim at the same speed as N64 Zora.
I have the N64 version, as well as the switch.
Think I'll probably play it on switch just to have wireless controller.
I think the one on Switch (if it's part of the classics catalog) is also the N64 version run through an emulator, so either option should have the same content.
Why not watch playthru
That would eliminate satisfaction from figuring out the challenges yourself, no?
U gonna do it then?
Now you're just trolling... Ive already played that game, anyway (I'm a different user than the one you commented on; and I see you have no response to my question).
I watch plenty of game stuff online, but there is no way I'm spoiling a game I've waited 20 years to play.
I'll never get the chance to play an OG Zelda for the first time again.
