Ever had a really shitty bit idea? Joke you want to take way past the point of where it was funny? Want to feel like a stand-up comedy guy who's been bombing a set for the past 30 minutes straight and at this point is just saying shit to see if people react to it? Really bad pun? A homemade cringe concoction? A cognitohazard that you have birthed into this world and have an urge to spread like chain mail?

- Use an emoticon/kaomoji/rule-three-abiding ASCII art if the rations run out

I have to confess, I did buy a house. But... I'm such a terrible person... I'm not exploiting it for its full value. I'm just living in it like some poor loser
Have you heard about rentvesting, you own your home but you don't deny yourself the pleasure of being a landlord or tenant, because you leasey out your first property and then live somewhere else cheaper as a renter yourself! Best of both worlds! You also help out a fellow landlord by paying off their mortgage in turn.
if you rent the house and hibernate on the street then it is a big win.
