I would advise using tankie.tube

The video is available there + it's self-hostable + decentralized + free as in freedom / libre (definition: https://www.gnu.org/philosophy/free-sw.html) + it's a community of tankies free from ultras, centrists, and right wingers like lemmygrad.

I was on tankie tube but the encoding taken way too long every upload. Sometime they failed after an hour of buffering and I had to re-upload. I unfortunately self doxed because I uploaded with my personal username and had to delete the channel. That's another thing you can't change pf name. BTW I was the person who uploaded this video, and hardcoded sub with ffmpeg. The account name I used on reddit was permabanned along with the sub shutdown for making 9/11 meme. I also recently uploaded Dead to Rights and 731.
