15% is not "infinitesimal", and you are underestimating the cruelty and hatred of liberals.
The vast majority are people going along with the program because they think the bosses know what they are doing. You are pretending like the population is hopelessly fucked and it is just not true. Only a lack of leadership has prevented us from taking the country you better believe it.
The majority, yes, but there is still an organised and highly reactionary segment of petite bourgeoise/labor aristocracy that makes up a decent chunk of the population and wants this shit to happen.
