As someone with ADHD, it's actually excellent advice for you, so you might want to own that, friend.

There are millions of others for whom this is infuriatingly flippant, dismissive, and altogether demeaning. Lucky you, but your personal experience is irrelevant to the general consensus in this regard. ๐ŸคŒ๐Ÿผ
