How do US toilets work? It should be independent of water pressure, there is a tank of water that gets prefilled, right?
it is. he's just full of shit. no one is flushing more than once unless there's something wrong with their own plumbing. this is a non issue he's made up
He's wrong about pressure being inv9lved, but low-flow toilets suck and frequently require multiple flushes.
30 years ago they did.
The ones in my 5yo house do.
