No Zohran has been extremely outspoken pro-Palestine in the past. He said he would have New York follow international law and ban trade with Israel until Israel abides by international law.

You're missing the point of my original post.

I'm simply saying no one should criticize a NYC police chief for their views on foreign affairs for the same reason a NYC mayoral candidate shouldn't be criticized for their views on foreign affairs. Did you think it was legitimate for him to face that criticism during his campaign?
