This is actually a pretty good video. I agree with the presenter overall.

TL;DW

Graham Platner has a problematic past around Blackwater and his tattoos from his military days.
He says some good stuff nowadays
It feels like he's probably lying about not knowing his tattoo has nazi connotations. Even if he didn't know when he got it, he probably did some time in the last many many years, and chose to keep it.
He kept his tattoo until now probably because he didn't care enough to remove it.
Graham Platner is probably not a nazi wearing a leftist coat, as evidenced by his Reddit account over the years.
Even if Platner is being honest about his current views, it's best not to give the right anti-Semitism ammunition, and instead pick a different, better candidate (though granted, I don't know how available those are).

Personally, if I was in America in his area, I'd vote for him over most republicans, and some democrats, but it would be better if someone else was put forwards.

You glossed over the part where Graham Platner gleefully did mass murder and didn't actually apologize for it but only danced around it.
