Or for the seat hinges:
What is even the value of them outside that?
Does the chap intend to put them ins someone's cereal to prank them?
Sounds like plain simple vandalism.
That is the great mystery. Perhaps we’ll never know.
I'm guessing the bits in between the seats, lids and the bowls, that make contact minimal between them.
