I have seen all of the above, but, in general, I have to say most people don't seem that bad. But when you have hundreds of cars around you on the road, it's easy to find one driving like a dick.
In my experience, the things you list are a tiny majority that just happens to occur pretty frequently because of the volume of traffic.
It's true as well for my own pet peeve, people staring down at their phone. It's the new drunk driving.
The is a biss there of course, you don't notice the nice drivers.
Though, it's more that every trip will have at least one experience from that list.
