Honestly I like this much better than filming shouting ~~abuse~~ at them at a petrol station.

Honestly, I think freedom of speech (1st Amendment) is something that should be used and wouldn't call it's use abuse of any kind.

Communities need to share information like this. It is not prevention, but it is a detection and alerting tool.
