I was going for a cheap "Janeway killed Tuvix " joke and being the antithesis of life.

That’s a misunderstanding of green philosophy. Green features survival of the fittest and predation, so naturally something has to die for something else to live.

A flower artifact that morphs creatures onto each other would be fun.

I think of Janeway as kind of a brawler so it kinda works. But I'd figure starfleet to mostly be blue and white
