I hope they include more scenes with that enigmatic man, Dale Gribble. He personally appears to be the star of the show.

To me the first reboot season did not feel much like the original, so this is good news. But I'm not sure how they plan to do it since the main difference was that all the kids are grown up.
I watched the first few episodes of the reboot season. It was weird. I don’t feel like anyone really butchered the characters or lost sight of how they might react.
For me, it was the plots themselves that were the disconnect. They generally just went nowhere, and then remembered with about two or three minutes left that there was a conflict they needed to resolve. It also generally just never went past “polite chuckle funny.”
