You'd think surveillance would be pretty thorough at any event the President is attending. Or have they learned nothing from previous assassination 'attempts'? No bulletproof glass, either. That precaution didn't last long.
But good luck identifying a random person.
If only there was infrastructure for identifying and tracking potential terrorists and criminals.
Nah, let's use it for identifying and tracking protesters or police officers' crushes.
Even if they were able to identify, the GOP would just cover up and protect that audience member.
They want a war so trump can put in war time laws. while there are a few pretty smart people on that side behind the scenes pulling the strings, the general populace has no idea how stupid this will be. Military factions, small militias, food shortages, water…
Not to mention power and internet outages. We’ll pretty much revert to a developing nation of warring factions and no one will be safe.
Jamille Bouie recently posted a short about the Ted Cruz moment and the conspicuous silence of the liberal media.
In the meantime, internet chatter between MAGAs are blood libeling liberals and calling for the hunting and execution of liberals, where, in this case, liberals include anyone who is not MAGA.

Republicans assume that people to the left of them are helpless, because we don't attack them. Agency is not given to animals, because they can't fight back. Thus, our lives have no meaning to Republicans.
