Someone told him Congress will approve crazy requests if he can make them sound like they're for the military. Which is true, but he's so demented at this point that he can't connect any of the other obvious dots.

So if a coordinated group slowly shows up in a nearby public area, then quickly convene and take action, they could potentially overrun the facility and seize military grade weaponry, right near the white house?

My thought was someone would wheel in a giant arch, say it's a gift for Trump, have him bring it into the main area of the White House, then people would jump out and overthrow the White House?
