First thought as well. The NAP is one of the few things that make libertarianism sound actually decent on paper. Get rid of that and libertarianism becomes some cartoonishly blatant corpo-fascism.
Nothing will happen because the lawyers will argue that they didn't state any particular individual, only generally.
A proper judge would tell them the intent is damn clear and come down hard on them. But...
