Rule 5: Keep it civil. It's OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It's NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban.
Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Report them, block them, and live a happier life than they do. We see too many slapfights that boil down to "Mom! He's bugging me!" and "I'm not touching you!" Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.

Rule 7: We didn't USED to need a rule about how many posts one could make in a day, then someone posted NINETEEN articles in a single day. Not comments, FULL ARTICLES. If you're posting more than say, 10 or so, consider going outside and touching grass. We reserve the right to limit over-posting so a single user does not dominate the front page.

MODERATORS
That is one of the many internationally illegal things Trump has done. When he is done with his term, you could probably fill a two story museum with all of it.
Nothing's going to change unless Americans start changing their lifestyles and start living more respectfully with less of the priveliges that allow them to live within constant escapism.
The "freedom" America offers is not the freedom that makes humanity prosper as an organism. The freedom America offers is the ability to live outside of universal reality and escape from universal truth.
Generally the same goes for all modern 1st world nations...
I have a more achievable idea. How about we directly address our fascism by deleting our fascists?
We are infested with over 100 million conservatives. If we finish Sherman's work, the fascism will stop cold because there will be no more fascists among us. Our civil war was not finished properly. Showing mercy and allowing pure evil to continue living here was a deadly mistake.
Nothing can change until we eradicate the evil that causes our fascism. Conservatives are cancer and must be dealt with as such.
And for rising developing countries, who just want a taste of what the West has had for a while. Can't blame them, but you're right, none of this is sustainable, we just haven't seen the long term results yet so think it's fine.
It's like a global pyramid scheme. That may have started wayyyy back.

If pointing out hypocrisy is triggered then sure sport. Ya got me.
Not the first time, not the last time.
They stole elections in Chile, Columbia, and El Salvador, just for starters.
But there was a huge uproar over Nicaragua cancelling elections when faced with alleged systemic manipulation and fraud. It's just easier to believe a Leftist Government Hates Democracy than to acknowledge that the bourgeois in these states are stacking the decks.
