"Socialism never took root in America because the poor see themselves not as an exploited proletariat but as temporarily embarrassed millionaires" - John Steinbeck

If you work hard enough, since day you'll be able to hunt poor people for sport too!

They already do this. They do it right now.

Haiti, Somalia, the former Yugoslavia, Yemen, and many other places around the world in a state of war are used for sport by those able to pay for it, they pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to "ride along" and take part in it. Some charge per head.

There are many mercenary groups making big money, and they won't turn down tourists.

We never know anything about it until long after the fact. How much reporting do you get from inside Somalia? Nobody keeps track of anything, there's no protection other than militias and they can be part of the problem.

The people have no air force or any kind of protection in much of the country. These nations are also used to get rid of all sorts of waste, nuclear waste and biological hazards are dumped right off of their coast every day. The mercenaries protect the ships (nobody goes unarmed).

If I could afford bootstraps, they'd leave me be.

On the plus side, no one gets mad when the prey kills a hunter

It’s the free market, man. The pay-per-view revenue will contribute to so much job creation, and that’s not to mention the new human meat market this will kick start. Why do you want to stifle creativity? You just don’t understand the genius of it and you’re salty you weren’t smart enough to think of it first.
