You can choose which part you want, however where exactly is random based on the birth rate (if a region has a higher birth rate it is more likely that you are born there). What part would you choose and why?
Well considering my political proclivities E is a pretty solid choice. Just praying I don't get myanmar or Cambodia

I feel like your chances of being born in a decent place in B are pretty good. Most of that's Canada or Mexico. You might be born in western Texas, but you can always leave.
