I gotta say, as a Swede, I am highly impressed with CNN here.

They actually used the Swedish letters Å, Ä and Ö in their placenames!

Most foreign media just substitute A and O for the letters, which is damned annoying, making it look like they can't even be bothered to look up the place on Wikipedia and copypaste the name of the place.

Good job CNN!

Written English should widely adopt accented letters. Our spelling would make a lot more sense if words were written the way they actually sounded. Half the words I'm talking about are rooted in Old Norse anyway.
