I've been banned from a number of subreddit for this radical violent propaganda of mine.

Please do not flood the community with nonsense. Actual suspected spammers will be banned on site. No astroturfing.
4) NSFW is okay, within reason

I'll go a step further and say Charlie Kirk was a huge fucking cunt and the world is a better place without his hate.
Israel is a genocidal apartheid state that needs to be dismantled
That is the big one, but anything that could be taken poorly as bigoted regardless of meaning or truth can get admin actions.
Cultural differences, historical facts, it is all filtered through every flag everyone posts, from influence agencies to keyboard warriors firing from their hip, through an ai system no where as developed as they claim, and overseen by unnamed real people that may be dumb as shit, are working on dishonest metrics.
We hanged people like Charlie Kirk at Nuremberg. Literally. That is not an exaggeration. Charlie Kirk used the exact same journalist techniques, the race-baiting, the "honest debates" about the existence of minority groups, the breathless reporting of every crime committed by members of minority groups, as Julius Streicher. Streicher was a leading Nazi propagandist and agitator. At Nuremberg, it was recognized that even though his crimes were primarily committed through acts of speech, he was still guilty. His trial consisted mostly of presentations of his own works and speeches. He was charged and convicted of incitement to genocide and crimes against humanity. For all the innocent lives he helped end, he was hanged from the neck until dead.
And Charlie Kirk did the exact same thing. He even shared some of the same targets as the Nazis. His diatribes against trans people could have been taken right out of one of Streicher's publications. Charlie Kirk openly called for the elimination of trans people entirely. The man was guilty of incitement to genocide. In a just world, he would have been tried, convicted, and hanged for his crimes.
The tragedy of Charlie Kirk's death was that it was an act of vigilante justice. No one deserves to take a life, not Charlie Kirk, and not his assassin. It is a tragedy that he never faced his day in court. But one should never make the mistake of thinking he was a hero or martyr. The world is objectively a better place with him six feet under ground. He dedicated his whole life to hurting other people and taking innocent lives. His whole project was an attempt to incite genocide against vulnerable minority groups. He was guilty of crimes against humanity and incitement to genocide. It's a tragedy that he never faced a jury, but there is nothing tragic about the fact the man himself is dead. Him being dead is worthy of celebration. Him being killed is not.
Thank you for this comment. I was unaware of Streicher.
Thank you for being on Lemmy.
That Charlie Kirk was a horrible person and died from policy he pushed.
Literally anything, logical or not.
Reddit bans you even if you make a blank comment lol.
Charlie Kirk was shot by an extremest conservative and died defending his position on gun control and gun violence.
I can't imagine a better way for him to have died.
I said that trump fucks kids in the fed news subreddit, and got banned for inciting and promoting child porn.
yeah they're all up in that mod team. I reckon there's at least one in every sub that needs multiple.

Hello Mastodon! 👋
Lemmy test this:
ahem
If I had a gun in my hand, and war criminal and leader of russia Vladimir Putin were standing in front of me. I'd aim at that PoS, pull the trigger repeatedly until it empties, then reload, and keep shooting at his fucking face until he is dead. And I will kick his face, piss and shit on him, and teabag him.
Same with every other threat to freedom and democracy such as: Xi, Kim Jong Un, and [... redacted, my laywers had advised me not to finish the list for legal reasons]
Pretty sure this is legal to say, isn't it? A pretty harmless joke, not even a real threat, besides, I'm not in russia so it doesn't count as a real threat, right? But reddit would surely just delete it as appeasement to the world leaders.
DEATH TO PUTIN. SLAVA UKRANI! 🇺🇦
Please put an NSFW tag on this. I was on the train and when I saw this I had to start furiously masturbating. Everyone else gave me strange looks and were saying things like “what the fuck” and “call the police”. I dropped my phone and everyone around me saw this image. Now there is a whole train of men masturbating together at this one image. This is all your fault, you could have prevented this if you had just tagged this post NSFW.

All the comments I've read in this thread I've seen multiple times on Reddit lol
The censorship over on reddit has been pretty hot for me lately. I dont know who's cheerios I peed in over there but damn have had a dozen removals in a week.
Theoretically, anything.
In practice? Mods abuse their power here at similar rates as those on reddit.
It's good we have the modlog to see for ourselves why moderation teams shouldn't be taken seriously, but it hasn't stopped them from doing what they want, when they want.
It'll be nice when people start recognizing the need for open discussion and we get more fediverse instances that allow freedom of speech.
I have seen disagreements with dishonesty used for social movements be spun into bigotry, and mods buying that and banning, despite clear bad faith attacks with no basis.
Call someone a bigot of some kinds it immediately shuts down and cancels any points until the accused goes on the defensive.
Those using this tactic in bad faith, like many mods, are cynical pieces of shit. They do not care they are hurting the goals of the movement, just about their place in it as a shit slinger.
Anything. You say anything against Trump they ban you.
Please change the titel of your post.
Trump is a dum dum fart burger who fell in love with kim jong un
That depends on the instance you're using. Each instance has their set of rules
I can say all sorts of thing on Lemmy and not on Reddit because I don't have a Reddit account. lol
Lemmy is comprised of many instances, many domains, all of which have their own agenda. Some are right-leaning like .ml and .world and the moderators practice similar censorship to Reddit (including but not limited to progressive, controversial, anti-establishment or anything against their personal values), some are extreme hate incel groups that only talk about killing or doxxing people and are unmoderated maybe, some have moderators who endeavour to uphold the ideal of true freedom of speech and refuse to censor anybody, and some (Looking at you, Blåhaj) are left-leaning, have mods that allow everything except hate speech, and aim to protect the queer community from cruelty at all costs.
So the answer is "anything your heart desires". The repercussion or censorship of your contribution depends on the policies of the instance you account with and the instances whose communities you interact with.
Blahaj bans people under false pretenses. They are not subtle about it.
Your description of them is laughably wrong. Using protecting vulnerable people as an excuse to shut down people that disagree with you or your pals in a way that does not violate any rules is not protecting vulnerable people in fact it could be making them less protected all around.
