I came here to make a snarky comment, but this is better than anything I could've come up with, lol!
The reddit mods that organized people to call CPS on h3 and wrote and pinned instructions on how to perform copyright infringement on his videos should legitimately be unmasked and included in the lawsuit.
The Reddit lawyers arguing fair use obviously did not see the part where the mods literally urged users to intentionally watch the other channels to not give any views to h3, and the other channels that were features had also declared that the purpose was to steal views and nothing else, which is why it was NOT fair use.
I'm 100% for encouraging people to use other means to view the content of people who they don't agree with. It's absolutely a shit system where you have to contribute to someone's views and engagement just to be critical of them.

Ethan Klein is a very stupid Youtuber who got popular for his video "vape nation". I used to watch him. Then he turned into a big ol fuckwad.
Sounds like he was a fuckwad from the start. The first clue should have been that he had an online video titled "vape nation."
Well, I'm kind of in the same boat as the commenter you're replying to. It was a video made to be goofy and make fun of vapers.

Reminds me of when the Klan we’re on Jerry Springer and someone tried to unmask them and that seemed to be the absolute worst thing in the world to them. Letting people see them for who they really are.
Not hateful people — not just Klan, or Reddit mods for that matter — operate more openly. It seems the one hateful group still terrified of exposure is child predators. Release the damn Epstein files! No, I don’t think Reddit mods are on it. They do defend child predators on Reddit, but Epstein only rubbed elbows with the rich and powerful, not the pseudo powerful.
