honestly americans can't be picky. i saw the NYC debate. your politicians are all wack. just pick whomever touts anti-billionare retherotic and the entire political scene turns towards being anti-billionare.

if there's one thing american colleges seem to teach it's european middleschool subjects and drama between people who are collectively punished (illegal in europe, since it creates antagonism and dissuades organization.)

do avoid this one thing you're all schooled to do: dramatically tear at others at sight of blood. stop being so puritan and dramatic: yes he's got a nazi tattoo without knowing it - american schools remove the demand to be litterate to graduate. yes he killed oppressed people - he was an american soldier. he is likely more popular on both rep. & dem. sides combined than any solely rep. or dem. politician. let him say Fuck Off Billionares. beggars can't be choosers, it'll get better the more politicians with that message you vote in

1: prison with human rights abuses is not the same as an extermination camp 2: very little of what he says here connects to the screenshot and doesnt link to the article 3: badempanada is a soulless clout-chasing shithead who will say anything for clicks

Very interested in this guy now that the muck raking has started. Let's see why all of this nazi stuff is suddenly getting kicked up.

I view most of my job as a US Senator as to do two things: one, to ban billionaires buying elections; two, to dismantle the “billionaire economy”, in favor of an economy that works for the American worker, for small business, for the vast majority of Americans

Ah yup that would do it.

I want to believe that it's all bullshit... But I find it a little hard to believe that he went so long, supposedly with leftist views, and he never found out that his chest tattoo is a Nazi symbol.

And Fetterman provided the blueprint.

Anyway, I hope I'm wrong.

Drunkenly picking a tattoo off a wall is a past time for alot of military folk.

Have you not seen starship troopers.

I don't really care, to be honest. I don't see that as a valid excuse in any way.

Here's his response to the tattoo

https://files.catbox.moe/op9uzi.mp4

Honestly if he went through multiple screenings for hate tattoos and they never caught it I can see where he didn't know. There are a lot of symbols used by white supremacists and I can imagine someone accidentally wearing one if they don't know much about them. There's nothing in his platform that sounds nazi-ish, so I'm willing to believe him.

Yeah but most people who consider themselves socialist, are educated enough to see a skull logo like that and be like "hold up, let me do some googling". Even if it's years after he got it.

He said in the video it was gotten in 2007. Until I see evidence of him saying actual Nazi things like advocating for violence, holocaust denialism, admiration of authoritarianism/dictators, persecution of minorities or ethnicities, and other supremacist nationalist rhetoric I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Like being a guard at one of the most notorious torture camps in history?
