Keiko Mori’s eldest daughter, Ms Makiko, 29, was killed about 20 years ago by her husband.

Judge Shizuka Asakura said Mori hid the body in a closet and later moved it to a freezer after it decomposed, adding that the daughter had behavioural problems and had committed acts of domestic violence.

I hit a paywall then but I found another article and it seems like both sentences could do with some editing.

The court acknowledged Mori’s testimony that her daughter had struggled with “illegal drug use” and had been “physically violent towards her parents”, local media reported.

Makiko was killed by her father, Mori’s husband, who died in September, but the court noted that when he had tried to report the murder to police, he was stopped by Mori’s mother.

Thanks, saved a lot of hassle.

That's a crazy story.

Yeah, there still seems to be a lot missing but it seems pretty messed up. From the initial title it could have been a baby and a miscarriage or something less messed up, but nope

Twenty years!!! Don't they know they can't eat that meat after so long? It'll get freezer burn.

Also don't eat your daughter. Probably should have led with that.
