Dutch police arrested two teenage boys as they investigated the death of a 60-year-old man they believe was possibly assaulted after a row over snowballs.

No busses, no trains, no planes, bike paths frozen over. It's all totally fucked here.

Yesterday, a bit. Today busses are running and the road and bike path in front of my house is fine. I haven't checked trains or planes though!
