Don't worry though, if you view the package from above (very natural for something hung at eye level) and ignore all the deceptive graphics implying 2 sticks are in there then it technically does state that it is a "starter kit"

This is obviously designed to decieve right? Like no matter what they technically say it is deliberately printed to obscure that the sheath is not around the tube and is actually the second tube, while placing the description in a hidden way. Isn't this sort of anti-customer packaging like specifically not allowed here?

Maybe the photos aren't demonstrating the problem but I can't really see where it suggests there are two sticks in the pack. There are definitely way worse examples of misleading packaging out there.

Here is how it looks on the shelf. The description of the contents isn't visible, the lack of blue shealth is covered by a cardboard print of a sheath and the identically sized second plastic bubble is entirely obscured to avoid cluing you in that it's not 2 of the same thing.

The only reason to design it this way is to trick people. What defense can be mounted?

Okay, I can definitely understand what you mean now. Yes, it's pretty obviously designed to deceive.

No need to apologise, your rant was justified!

That stuff doesn’t do anything but make your toilet smell weird. Save your money.

idk about that, they are primarily surfactants and gelling compounds. By keeping the wet portion of the bowl coated with surfactants they seem to decrease the rate at which biofilms form.

I spend less time scrubbing toilets. It might depend on toilet material, local water chemistry, and potentially diet if your experience differs so much.

Bref is better. More expensive yes, but my toilet never smells like shit or piss with Bref (not sponsored). Tried using those gel things for a while but I noticed no improvement.

I don't really care about toilet soap very much tbh. I only bought this one because the special made it seem cheaper than the bulk shit I buy normally.

Still a waste of money if it doesn't do anything tho
