In this screenshot, we can see that the ICE agent clearly sees another ICE agent having his hand on the gun of the victim (the agent in the gray jacket disarms the victim)
Then, as the agent in the grey jacket steps away with the victim's gun, and the holster is visibly empty, the ICE agent still kills the victim.
There is also analysis that clearly shows that the man who disarmed him accidentally fired the gun setting off the shooting spree.
Hey now, it's not clear that it was accidental.
Can you share it please? From the angles I have, it seems like as the first shot is fired, the gun that the agent in the gray jacket holds (that was taken from the victim) isn't the one firing
