I remember during the George Floyd protests here in Kansas City, KCPD used so much tear gas that clouds of it were drifting over my neighborhood a mile away. This is S.O.P.

Would gasoline eat the latex I wonder, could burst on you randomly? Filling thin rubber with a solvent seems dangerous. Not based on facts just a gut instinct.
