A nation that has made war on multiple countries within the last year is not fit to host an international sports event. More teams should drop out.

Imagine if Spain boycotted. Ask to play their games in Canada or Mexico.

Not only is the Untied States hostile attacking other countries, they're arbitrarily imprisoning tourists. It's madness to let them host an international event

Just talked to someone here on business and he was unfair to have been sent here and his family had wanted to go to American amusement parks for a vacation and he said absolutely no way with this administration.

Infantino can thank this year's FIFA Peace Prize awardee. Curious to know who's going to receive it next year. Putin? Kim?

It might have more to do with the fact the last team they sent decided not to come back.

Good. The Untied States probably would have kidnapped the team

Wanted to say something similar - that they would probably get interrogated and spend eternities in custody before getting dropped somewhere in central Africa

considering this corrupt regime has assassinated our leader

As a sport hating atheist it's very weird to agree with the sports minister of a theocracy.

But you gotta admit, that's a completely accurate assessment and a reasonable reaction.

I hope they pay this just as promptly as Trump has paid so many of his bills.
