Living with that for 8 years seems a lot worse than getting surgery once!
thats like trying to swallow an entire hotdog. you dont "accidently" swallow that in a meal unless you were eating in a stupid way (looking up and dropping food down your throat like youre swallowing swords)
Probably a fetish or compulsion thing tbh, which would only compound the not seeking treatment.
