caitlyn johnstone is bad

https://vatniksoup.com/en/soups/179/

obvious dumb dumbs like to repost cj in vaguely progressive spaces, usually saying something vaguely progressive and unproblematic, to trick people into thinking of her as a good source, to spread her more obviously compromised positions (which are their positions, they are bad)

don't fall for it

name cj when her posts appear

post the above link when cj appears

The people in Iran have a right to express their opinion even if a country somewhere else would be willing to use their expressing their opinion as an excuse to bomb them.

USA bombing Iranians is USA's fault, not the fault of Iranian protesters. And in extension, it is not the fault of people supporting the Iranian protesters. The Iranian leadership is full of shit.

Its common for .ml to not be able to see as two things being bad. They are just anti-west without critical thought. Its pretty clear that a fundamentalist theocratic government is not a good thing, but that is not an endorsement of US interventions.

The Iranians were free to protest until armed Mossad terror cells started shooting and rioting around the country. The protests had been ongoing peacefully for like 2 weeks. But keeps repeating the atrocity propaganda.

So are you saying that they shouldn't have been allowed to protest? I'm not getting the message here.

[–] geneva_convenience@lemmy.ml -1 points 59 minutes ago

The were allowed to protest. They were not allowed to "protest" amidst armed terror rioters.

Killing 20 000 civilians is an atrocity, no matter whether some person with a dove as their avatar considers their death okay or not.

20.000? It's actually 2 million.

Killing 20,000 civilians is atrocity propaganda, and you bought it.

Oh yeah, the apologist of genocides has made it here. Hello!

What spilling of blood civilians' would you like to defend today, mr. Davel? Always there to defend the colonial empires, as long as they are something else than France, UK or USA. What a wondrous person you are! 💕

The imaginary empires and imaginary atrocities in your head are not my problem.
