Royer Perez-Jimenez, a 19-year-old from Mexico, died on March 16 at the Glades County Detention Center — a county jail on the western shore of Lake Okeechobee that has long housed immigrant detainees and been the subject of allegations of abuse. According to ICE, Perez “died of a presumed suicide,” although his official cause of death remains under investigation.

"died from suicide"

I highly doubt that, but even if that's the case, ICE is still on the hook. They kidnapped a teenager and imprisoned them in horrible conditions with no way out. It doesn't really matter whose hands tied the noose.

Further "presumed suicides" are scheduled for the next 10-days. They can't plan any further ahead as the collective intelligence doesn't go as far as removing their boots and socks to count higher than 10 .........
