Limit your plans to 3 at most. Think hard about these 3 plans. And they should be practical. I'm not in your shoes so I can't relate but you have all the case studies, classes online once you figure out your plans.

You're online, which means you have a staggering array of education resources at your fingertips. Pick one thing you really like to do, then get to work. Preferably something that can also earn. Deep dive. Become proficient.
If you burn out or get stuck, try again with a new topic. Just keep upgrading your mind and you'll eventually hit something that works.

Maybe you are suffering from Analysis paralysis. It might be a good time to choose one skill to focus on that will let you get what you want
It sounds like you're in a rough spot. It's great that you at least have tons of ideas, but it would help to make progress on a few of them. Are any of your ideas reaching out to you as something you should focus on?
Well I dreamed of becoming a concept artist and working in the international market. I honed my skills for about four years, and when I finally got my first commission, the war broke out, money transfers between countries were suspended, and that was it. Then the AI boom began, and I fell into a long-term depression and made the difficult decision to give up on that dream. Then I started studying web design, but I was scared by many people's opinions that it would be useless due to high competition and the development of AI. Then I started studying backend development. I tried, then gave up, then came back and gave up again. The same thing happened with data analysis, accounting, and many other things. I just don't like it, and I can't help myself. But these fields seem like the only way to get out of poverty and perhaps move to another country. I think I'm burnt out. Perhaps I'm weak or lazy. I'm very unlucky with my brain.
Honestly with the pandemic + war + AI crap you were born at a very unfortunate time. You're not crazy for feeling like this trust me. Getting out seems really difficult, places like Georgia, Kazakhstan, etc are making it harder for Russians than it used to be..

OP claims to be Russian, should be the easiest to get political asylum.
Start filiming stuff... like a sort of documentary...
Go where people protest, capture footage, especially scenes where police are beating protesters, add commentary, doesn't have to be perfect, just good enough that the average viewer understands it. Make sure to add a lot of criticism against Putin.
Travel to a country you like (preferrably a western democracy, NOT US since the US does not like refugees/asylees at this moment), probably on a tourist visa, those are the easiest to get, publish your "documentary" video on a youtube account with your real name and face, find a lawyer and have them help you get political asylum. By this point you have a legitimate fear to be persecuted.
Make sure to add a lot of criticism against Putin.
