well...cuba knows that trump is a nutcase psychopath with king complex ready to go full scorched earth when things aren't getting his way, so they're trying to buy some time pretending to care about the gusanos pleasing trump's ego a little....that's my cope. it worked somehow for venezuela letting trump getting some oil to let chavismo alone

But didn't Fidel already offer this back when he nationalized the plantations? And afaik all other countries/companies accepted the terms, except the United States. I do not get it.
