I want to move away from Spotify. What are some ways to have a personal music library where you can organise into playlists and play those playlists on shuffle?

China invited the party head of the Walloon right wing party MR to have a chat. The diplomacy of the CPC is interesting because you'd think they'd barely notice a guy like this in the grand scheme of things.
They're probably used to reaching out to everyone interested in diplomacy lol. To borrow Malcolm X's analogy, some consider the conservative wolves to be more straight forward to talk to as they usually lay out their demands compared to the conniving liberal foxes who love to virtue signal ideology before any sort of constructive talks can take place.
I think they did this with the Alternative For Germany party too a while back [obviously probably a little more important]. Does anyone know what they talk about with these people?
Our media says that the people they will be meeting with are there to persuade western politicians. Persuade them to do what, idk. Probably just to maintain relationships.
