It should be possible to copy and paste the title into your preferred alternative YT frontend to watch the video, I personally stopped using those due to Google's constant attacks bringing them down.
There's a wiki article on the subject, and the video author has a web page with sources that can help you participate in tax resistance (along with a transcript of the video itself), such as the National War Tax Resistance Coordinating Committee (NWTRCC).
