That's it.

Seriously. I typed in "A19 100W incandescent bulb" and the whole page is.....exactly that.
Now, I'm not sure why you would want to waste power like that. Main use for incandescent bulbs at this point is for oven lights as they can withstand the heat.
I agree OP was silly but don't yuck their yum
Amazon or walmart
Why do you think they are banned?
Right wing propaganda is why they think they're banned. I replaced some bulbs with LEDs a few years ago and someone I knew, their right wing father wanted to keep all my old bulbs, because they were convinced it would be impossible to buy them again so he was just hoarding as many as he could, because "the LED ones are designed to fail, and the incandescent style are banned."
because the LED ones are designed to fail, and the incandescent style are banned.
isn't it the other way around?
Both are designed to fail. For LED bulbs it's the electronics ('driver') that usually fails, not the LEDs.
I cannot remember a single LED bulb ever failing on me. When I moved in to my current house 6 years ago about 20 bulbs/spots were already LED's and I replaced another 10 with LED. None have failed, not the old and not the new ones. Don't buy the cheapest crap and you're good.
ok, but aren't the incandescent bulbs faster to fail?
That depends on the price tag, I guess. I've had ~~cheap~~ budget LED bulbs failing which I had barely used before.
The production and sale of incandescents was banned in 2023, what are you on about?
Also stop phrasing things like a right wing conspiracy theorist would. It's hypocritical
And yet it's still entirely legal to own them, and you can when buy them on amazon. The reason it's phrased as a right wing conspiracy is because it riles up their base over a literal nothing burger.
if you do something ironically enough at some point it stops being ironic
home depot. best buy.
your local hardware store.
they all have them.
Got em. Thanks to those who answered. I want them because the outdoor wall sconces eat the LED ones, I don't know why, but they only last about two months. I didn't have any problems with the incandescent bulbs I used to get, and I couldn't find them on the shelf anywhere here.

LED bulbs are far more efficient than incandescent bulbs, meaning less energy bills! "60W" LED bulbs are in reality more like 5ish watts, the labels just help you to compare against traditional power-hungry bulbs.
