...And the site just updated to Out of Stock. Grats to those of you who managed to get a payment jammed through.
Have received "There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance." on all attempts, all payment methods. Looks like it'll just be fried for a minute.
Well, anyone who managed to get one, lemme know how the d-pad is on it. Is it better than the OG Steam Deck D-pad or the OLED D-pad? I changed my OLED d-pad to mechanical buttons, and it's felt much more accurate for 2d platformers and fighters.
I got one and will try to post to this community with my thoughts after I receive it.
The dpad is also my biggest worry with it.
What did you do to upgrade your deck dpad? I would love to do that to mine too if it works well and isn't too loud.

I had to spam the button for some minutes before it finally went through. Keep trying!
I checked the page 2 mins earlier and was already purchasable. I managed to get it at 02, I got it probably with the first batch. Yay!
I expected to be trying for a while, but I got mine on my first try, just before the scheduled time (30 minutes ago). Pretty lucky.
Now paypal seems to have troubles
Edit: With credit card it worked. Also it seems 6-10 business days in EU
Nope, just went out of stock :(
I got one at 10:05, but I really had to mash through it. It was in my cart at 9:59, but I kept getting initialization errors at the payment stage.
I should mention that I added $100 to my Steam Wallet a few days ago to make the process easier. It still sucked.
As rough as this is it wasn't nearly as bad as my experience ordering the Steam Deck.....
I did it! Spamming "Continue" actually worked! Now let's see when it gets delivered.
