Somehow this is my first time hearing about Gwangju Massacre and just skimming through the wikipedia article (WHICH BTW ITS CALLED GWANGJU UPRASING BUT AT THE SAME TIME THE ARTICLE ABOUT TAINANMEN PROTESTS IS NAMED MASSACRE BRO TS MAKES ME FUME SO HARD)

Anyways, this just further proves that behind every anti-communist accusation theres a confession.

Edit: According to wikipedia the only reason carter pressured south korean goverment to stop was to prevent north korea from interfiering... like bro... im fuming so hard rn.
