Chapotraphouse

I’ve a friend with an infant who needs to get out of her abusive parents’ house. She doesn’t have an income but her baby’s grandfather will pay for rent. But since she lives in the great shithole of Texas, the income requirements for renters is turbo bouge. How can one get around this. I’m guessing altered paystubs (although I hear people saying they can run it through some software to check if it’s edited (?)), a cosigner I guess.

And she also has horrible credit.
