What's the point of these? It's still in a car lane, so still stuck in traffic (I don't know if DC has bike lanes). Cheaper insurance? No gas? Time is money when it comes to wages.

I guess it’s better than big delivery trucks, but that’s definitely not what the law intended, and it’s still not good.
