Depends on who has the better lawyer.
The problem here is any corporation will find an excuse to fire anyone. A lawsuit could point to the timing here.
Not when the company in question pays to make a movie about the presidents wife.
Gotta prove that she was fired directly for that. The main problem is that a lot of states (most of them) are ~~"right to work states"~~ "at will employment states" meaning you can be fired at any time for any reason or no reason so long as the reason isn't illegal. If there is no paper trail to prove that she was fired for the pro-union Tik Tok and she wasn't "discriminated against" legally (with proof of that) then they are free and clear.
Which fucking sucks because honestly most tech companies need a union at this point, and Amazon's one of the worst offenders for this type of thing. This isn't the first time nor will it likely be the last time that people will be fired for what is basically union busting with very little legal recourse.
Everything the imperialist do is anti-union. The yankkkee hates themselves.
Early congrats to her for getting that settlement from Bezos to launch her pro-union mayoral platform/social media breakout.
The management who fired her should be fired out of a cannon.
and into a brick wall.
Nah, fire them at an 89° angle, so they have time to think about what they did.
A union for a monolopy is like purity for a turd. Amazon needs smashed not worked with. Of cource she got fired. duhhhhhh yankkkeeland
Agreed, they should have been broken up and regulated a decade ago.
