Just a note. The government is using Signal most likely to get around FOIA and other requests for documentation and accountability.

This is the main reason why am I have a tiny bit of hope.

They are just so so so incompetent. And you can't say they this is for show to make us think that, this is just ridiculous.

To be a cruel leader, you NEED to be effective. And they are not effective.
