MODERATORS
Does the horse ride along in the car with its head sticking out of the roof, or do multiple horses carry each car around the course? Or! Do horses pull a wagon with the car on it?

Greco-Roman wrestling.
Curling, ice skating, synchronized swimming. It'd be hard to find a sport that wouldn't be improved by horses.
Roller derby
Bowling
Tennis
Them poor horse knees.
Extreme ironing - and yes it is a sport. WE WILL NOT BE MARGINALISED!
Shooting. Preferably with an equestrian event style course. Would be rather entertaining I think but spectator seating would be…. Complicated.
Synchronized swimming.
Snooker.
Ping-pong
Ice hockey
Donkey basketball is enough of a thing that I’ve seen it played multiple times with my own eyes.
Although it’s mostly for comedy rather than genuine sport.
That was a major annual fundraising event at my extremely rural high school.
Math Olympiads (if the horses had to answer the questions, like Clever Hans).
