Love how this is supposed to be probably a fender strat but its just some random brand hehe. Its true that there is a culture of guitar chuds who love the "american" brands and admonish "foreign manufacturing" -- prime example is how fender has a mexican factory and those are considered lesser tier. Exception to the negative view of foreign manufacturing being japan, those guitars are held to a higher regard to your average guitar chud (and some of them are good but I digress.) i think all of this is very silly. The guitar no longer belongs to the image of america, and rly I dont think america pushes the imagery of a strat playing star as much as they did in the 80's. Any guitar brand can be shit or decent, which is why the guitar chuds are also amusing to me.
